About the venue and its location
Yahya Kemal Beyatlı Performance Center stands in Küçükçekmece, on Fatih Caddesi in the Halkalı Merkez Mahallesi area. Küçükçekmece Municipality says the venue opened in 2013 and describes it as Istanbul’s largest performance center. İBB Şehir Tiyatroları gives its seating capacity as 4,510.
That scale makes the center a substantial venue for concerts in Istanbul and other performances. For another major venue in the city, the Atatürk Olympic Stadium visit guide covers a different kind of event setting.
Finding current performances
Check the venue’s current listings before planning around a performance, since event schedules and ticket details can change. The official venue website is kucukcekmecekultursanat.com.
Use the event’s own listing to confirm the date, start time, ticket seller and any entry conditions. Those details can vary by performance, so don’t assume that rules from one event apply to another.
How do you get from Mahmutbey to the performance center?
HT1 and 79G serve Yahya Kemal Beyatlı Gösteri Merkezi. Get off at Aşura Meydanı when travelling on either route.
For the approach from Mahmutbey, check the current bus route and stop information before setting out. İSTOÇ and Mahmutbey are the nearby metro stations; the Istanbul Metro guide to İSTOÇ and Mahmutbey covers using them.
The bus routes and stop information can change, so check the official site before you go.
Tickets, doors and entry rules
Ticket prices and entry conditions depend on the event. Before buying, confirm the authorized seller and read the performance’s rules on re-entry, refunds, transfers, security checks and prohibited items. Don’t rely on conditions from an older event listing.
The venue phone number is 444 4 360, with extensions 2260–8820; the manager’s extension is 8831. Confirm event-specific arrangements with the venue if needed.
Planning transport after an evening event
For the trip back, check transport arrangements for the time your event ends, especially if you plan to use a bus. HT1 and 79G serve the venue, but their current service details should be confirmed before you travel. If you’re taking a car, allow for the return journey from Küçükçekmece to your destination.
